1. Application Review
When a provider applies to join the GalaCube network, we review their track record in full. We look at their event portfolio, the categories they operate in, any credentials relevant to their field, and the types of clients they have served. This is not a self-reported checklist — we look for evidence of real delivery. Providers without a verifiable history of completed events do not progress.
2. Quality & Reliability Check
Quality means more than past performance. We also assess how responsive a provider is during the enquiry phase, how reliably they deliver on confirmed bookings, and what past clients have said about working with them. A provider who has impressive credentials but repeatedly misses response windows will not pass this stage. Event planning depends on communication — we hold providers to a high standard on both.
3. Ongoing Monitoring
Joining the network is not a permanent pass. We continuously track provider performance after they are admitted. Customer feedback, response metrics, and booking outcomes are all factored into ongoing evaluations. If a provider starts declining — slower responses, complaints from customers, or missed commitments — they are flagged and, where necessary, removed from active recommendations. The network is maintained, not just assembled.
