How the Concierge Model Works

When you submit your event request, it goes directly to a real person on the GalaCube team — not to a scoring engine or a sorting algorithm. That person reads your brief, thinks about what you are trying to achieve, and considers which providers in our network are genuinely well-suited to your event. If something in your request is unclear or needs more detail to match you well, we will follow up with a targeted question rather than making assumptions.

This is meaningfully different from how most online directories and booking platforms operate. When you search a database, the results are ranked by paid placement, review volume, or keyword matching — none of which tells you whether a particular venue suits your vibe, whether a caterer handles your guest count well, or whether a DJ has experience with the kind of event you are running. Our team applies judgment, not just filters.

Once your selection is ready, it arrives as a focused set of provider recommendations — typically two to five options — each explained in plain language. If your initial feedback is “I like this one but the price is slightly high” or “I was hoping for something a bit more formal”, we can use that to refine the recommendations. The process is iterative because finding the right provider sometimes takes a conversation, not just a form.
