Providers that are slow to communicate, inconsistent in delivery, or lacking the credentials for their category do not make it in.
Our vetting is not a one-time gate. We continue to monitor provider performance after they join. If a provider starts missing response windows, generates consistent complaints, or falls short of the standards customers expect, they are removed from active recommendations.
